Appearance:
An American, 6 feet tall weight 255 pounds, Jet black hair with a single streak of white on the left side. there is a large scar on his right cheek. there was always a pensive look on his face, as if always lost in thought.His face is a a solid look not handsome nor ugly but not plain. His eyes are a deep brown almost black. an average looking body with no exceptional muscle mass. On his shihakusho he has removed all white from it and replaced it with his favorite color crimson. He wears a sleeveless Haori over his shihakusho and he carries his Zanpaktou in his Obi in traditional Samurai style.
Personality:
The wise type on the exterior . He maintains a level of approachability and is always willing to give his take on a problem. No matter who‘s problem it was. He tended to be soft spoken within the walls of the seireitei, but when in the heat of battle his will to protect his comrades, the innocent, the week and to judge the guilty is the most evident thing about him. his presence was always felt no matter what company he kept captains or commoners. But he never thought himself better than anyone. while respectful to his superiors he considers everyone equal. He presents himself as a father to everyone he meets. Raven also sorely dislikes takeing lives unnessaceraly after a mission to one of the Altus Seas City Ships and rescuing former Grand-Admrial Gretchen Ferréra, she saw Raven's dispair for takeing those lives. to help ease his mind she told him that after he killed someone he should pray for their peace, and now Raven dose so verry often.
Biography:
In his life he could remember a devotion to protect the week and the downtrodden. He could remember a wife and a child whom he longed to see again. But most of all he remembered his death, not in great detail but he knew one thing it was a betrayal of his trust, but that was all he could remember of his life. In death he found a life in one of the less violent areas of the Rukongai. But his sprit was one of a wanderer and a protector, so he spent over 50 years wondering thought all of the districts and found himself fighting to protect others where ever he went. his time in zaraki and the sorrow and bloodshed he saw there is what made him decide to become a soul reaper. As he went through the academy he found himself as the "go to guy" always helping others to get ahead rather than help himself witch cost him another 40 years training at the academy. his skills were top notch but his grades were never good enough to graduate. finally after another 10 years he graduated from the academy 3rd in his class. and was assigned to an outside force instead of one of the 13 court guard squads, witch disappointed him greatly. he felt as if he were being overlooked because of his lengthy tenure at the academy and felt like he had to prove himself somehow. After years he was assigned to the Sixth Division. Raven has come into contact with many different enemies rangeing from the average Hollow to Arrancar and Rouge Shinigami. He helped defend the Seireitei from a massive Hollow/Arrancar invasion, witch began his rise in the ranks. During his rise he made several invaluable Friends who have helped him reach his current position as the New Captain of the Sixth Division after the sudden reteirment of Akimoto Shiragiku

Sealed: Due to recent events Raven’s original Sealed Zanpaktou was destroyed. Raven has thanks to Cy’s obtained a new Sealed state, a Katana and Wakizashi. Both have a solid black sheath, the Katana has a red hilt wrap and the Wakizashi has a black one, they both have a lightning bolt shaped guard that on the Katana is red with a black frame and on the Wakizashi is black with a red frame, the guards fit together so they can fuse into Raven’s shikai.

Inner World:
Raven's Zanpaktou resides on a cloud but the cloud has a town on it and all the buildings were made of cloud puffs; the sky above is a beautiful azure with a crimson sun. she lives in one of the thousands of cloud houses but witch one changes depending on her mood.

Raven now has a second Sprit who has her own Inner World, Her world is a world at night where the moon is always full, this inner world is a lake at the bottem of a chasim,
Note Roka and Set can be in either Inner World, usualy witch ever one Raven is in they will be in.
Manifestation:
Roka was a beautiful woman. her clothes looked like crimson clouds shifting and constantly changing around her torso and two bands over her wrists. her hair reached all the way to her feat and was as blue as the sky; so were her eyes. She stands about 3 inches shorter than Raven and has a soft voice. She was wise and comforting most of the time she also tended to be very gentile but could be just as ferocious when she wants to protect someone or something (basically who/what ever Raven wants to protect) she also tends to change her mind at the drop of a hat; Her emotions switch just as fast (Most of the time).
Manifestation:
Raven's new sprit is named Set, She looks just like Roka, except she wears black and has black hair and eyes. her personality is very different from Roka’s, Set is more aggressive and forceful, although she submits to Raven she will put forth her opinion whither she is asked or not. One trait that she shares with Roka is she likes to “play” this could mean Raven releasing his shikai or playing with raven while he is in his inner world.
Shikai Form 1:
The Swords fuse into one and the Wakizashi blade lengthens to equal the Katana. Both now occupy the hilt of the sealed katana that has lengthened slightly. The blades sit One facing one direction and the other in the opposite on the same side of the hilt with a gap between them. and an inverted sai guard is added as well. The blades and guard are completely Crimson with a black Hi (Blood Channel) in each blade. Crimson electricity jumps between the blunt edges of the blades.
Shikai Form 2:
The blades move to opposite sides of the hilt turning Rokaku Shindenkou into a Bladed Bow. the electricity that jumped from one blade to the other now acts as the string when Raven needs it.
Abilities
Kiremedenkou (Lightning Cut) [Innate]
The blades of Rokaku Shindenkou are charged with a minor amount of electricity witch increase the damage done by the blade. increasing Raven’s Zanjustsu by 5% for the duration of Shikai (at 12500ZG the boost increases to 10% for the duration of Shikai)
Enko Bakuha (Arc Bolt)
Raven swings Rokaku in a wide motion witch forms an Arc of crimson lightning witch fires a Bolt at a target directly in front of any point in front of the arc.8% reiatsu used Damage is equal to ½ Zanjustsu + Kidou /2 IE. [(400 + 150/2] /2 = 175
Katana no denkou (Lightning Sword)
This ability consumes 15% reiatsu and lasts 12 minuets (10 Posts) The ability takes all stored Electric energy and channels it into the form of a massive blade (7 feet long) and adds the damage equal to ½ kidou to twice the normal sword damage with out the bonus from the first ability . IE([1000*.2] + ½ 150)= 275
Yadenkou (Lightning Arrow)
This ability consumes 20% reiatsu and allows raven to use the second form of his shikai like a bow and arrow firing bolts that do 30% of Zanjustu as damage (Max of 5 arrows Per 20% expended Add five arrows for every 1000 ZG gained)
Tama dendou (Electric shell)
With this ability Raven can create a force field by holding up his Shikai blade and spinning it the field can spread out up to 12 feet from raven in any given direction and lasts 10 minutes for each 10% of his reiatsu he puts into it, the field can stop an attack ought right if the attacker has less than 30% of Raven’s Reiatsu and can cut the attack’s strength in half if the attacker has 60% of Raven’s Reiatsu.

Two bird like wings (12 foot wingspan) are now sprouting from raven’s back one is red and blue and the other black and blue. Raven is holding a Red, 6 foot long katana that has no metal in the center causing a loud whistle when swung. And another sword that is sheathed initially when Bankai is released and can’t be removed from its sheath until Kanzen Bankai
