With crimson red eyes and long black hair, Vincent is a rather intimidating guy to look at. His shinigami outfit is the basic one, however there are no sleeves. His black hair does not flow straight down his back; it stops at his chest level. It also falls into his eyes, giving him a depressed look. Many people that see him have repeatedly claimed he looks like a vampire. His skin however is a basic tone, not too white or dark. As far as casual clothing goes, he doesn’t exactly fit the word “casual”.
Personality:
He tends to stay relatively calm, even in life or death situations. However his personality changes when there are others in danger, especially those that can’t defend themselves. He is willing to take a hit to prevent the loss of a life. As far as interaction goes, his commanding voice is the voice of reasoning when in arguments or discussion. Although he’ll fight to protect those that are in danger, he knows when there is a battle that cannot be won. If so he will make sure that everyone gets out alive.
Biography:
Vincent grew up in the most lethal district;Zaraki: District 103. Even at a young age he intimidated those that tried to pick a fight. He is incredibly strong in his fist, even though he does not look muscular. However he prefers to avoid fights and even then, he does not kill those that he defeats. Isolated and alone, he lives on the very border of the district in a decrepit area. He takes care of himself, having to resort to taking food when it is necessary. Since he takes food from bloodthirsty vandals, he feels no guilt out of it. He can completely recall how he died, and seeks to become a shinigami and vanquish as many hollows as he can. A memento of his death is a scar that now runs the length of his back from left shoulder to the lower right side of his back. He created a makeshift bed out of various clothing and fabric he finds throughout the district, although he makes sure to sleep with one eye open, for good reasons.
Update: While Vincent may be in a division, he does not associate much with his fellow members, with the exception of his superior, Kaiden Rezain. He respects those that fulfill the role of captains, and seeks to become a captain himself. Even though he does not socialize much, he has no issues about working with other shinigami if it increases the chance of a mission being cleared.
Update 2: With his new promotion, Vincent attached the vice-captain badge to his belt rather than his arms.
Update 3: Overtime, Vincent's personality has changed, and mainly it is his attitude around other shinigami besides captains. Ever since he had met Maeda, he changed for the better. However he was surprised and saddened at his sudden departure, and can't really understand why. He fears the Altus war, not for himself or the other shinigami that fight with him, but for the innocent that may be caught in between.

Zanpakuto:
His zanpakuto is the basic katana of a shinigami (26 inches in length) with a few modifications. The grip is reinforced steel as while training, Vincent actually left finger indentations from gripping the original so hard. The end of the sword also has a black colored tassel dangling from it. His fighting style changed as he went through the academy. Rather than wield his katana, he prefers to use his fists, feet, and other parts of his body to pummel his opponents. He would only use a weapon if he didn’t have any other option. While fighting he tends to target the limbs of his opponents, as he seeks to simply incapacitate rather than kill them. As such, he avoids using lethal techniques. The exception are hollows, as he shows no mercy to them.

Inner World: An underground train station, although no trains or people populate the place. Various booths where clerks would be and pay phones are around though they are not usable. There are no stairs or exits, just the two platforms on the two sides of the tracks. It is strange because while one is there, you can hear muffled sounds which appear to be above ground.
Manifestation: Shinku Koutetsu lives up to its name, appearing as a crimson red suit of armor. No face is visible as a helmet covers its face. Strangely his right hand is wrapped in bandages, a testament to Vincent crushing his real zanpakuto's grip. He always appears on the opposite side of the platform that Vincent is on whenever they speak, his arms always crossed. His voice sounds ancient, but has power and authority behind it.
Release Form: Shinku Koutetsu's shikai consists of only one release form.Vincent's zanpakuto disappears and it becomes onyx black armor, covering his hands (up to his elbows) and his feet (up to his knees). The black armor has detail as red lines extend from fingertips and toes to elbows and knees.
Abilties:
1) 15% boost to Hakuda stat
2) Zanjutsu stat is transferred to Hohou
3) Diffusion Shield: A layer of energy surrounds Vincent's body, blocking/deflecting attacks.
Cost: 10% of reiatsu to activate, then 8% cost to maintain per minute.
Can block up to 15% of Vincent current reiatsu when he is in battle.
Cannot be used if Vincent's reiatsu falls below 40%.
4) Diffusion Burst: By gathering energy in his limbs, Vincent can fire high energy bursts at fast speeds.
25% of consumed reiatsu + 15% of Hakuda is dealt as damage.
