i completely disagree the situations here.
1)kuchiki-taichou has no zanpaktou power(very very important thing)
2)its not cannon(not that much important)

if zaraki-san ability is not having the zanpaktou,the only reason is he cannot seal his massive reaitsu,hence he has no zanpaktou.
kuchiki-taichou has sealed his reaitsu in and has obtained zanpaktou,since he has no zanpaktou,
"the match is not fair & square"

even then kuchiki-taichou will win,since he has shunpo,kidou skills with him.
too bad for zaraki-san.

I shall say this now: no other fight has piqued my interest except this one, to the extent that it is doing so.

I think that the first post required I "bet" on the winner of this fight, so I will.
First off, let's do some equalities shall we?

Ichigo=x
Byakuya=y
Kenpachi=z

Now, Byakuya beat Ichigo without Shikai. In this state, I would define Ichigo as x.
So, y>x

Then, Ichigo learned Shikai, and beat Kenpachi(he was given the win, so don't give me that "It was a draw, wahhh!!" stuff.) Seeing as Kenpachi is in eternal Shikai, even with his eyepatch off, and Ichigo only using his Shikai's sword and not Getsuga Tensho, Ichigo is more powerful than Kenpachi, as stated by Kenpachi himself. At this time, Ichigo's power was essentially doubled through the release of Shikai, but so was Kenpachi.
So, 2z<2x

But, Ichigo wasn't able to beat Byakuya's Bankai at this point, though we saw he could deal with the Shikai.
So, 2x=2y, but 3y>2x

Then, Ichigo was able to reach Bankai. At full power, Ichigo and Byakuya duked it out, and Ichigo was the winner.

So, 3x>3y

In conclusion, Ichigo is stronger than both Byakuya and Kenpachi, but Kenpachi is... stronger than Byakuya?

Now, in this arc, Kenpachi blasted everyone away with his reiatsu. Ichigo was in the air and didn't have very solid footing, so his getting blown doesn't speak much for their strength levels, especially when Byakuya, who was on the ground, managed to stay put.

So, Kenpachi engages Byakuya in combat. Kenpachi's strength is stronger than when he faced Ichigo, if the concept of strength increasing through battle is retained though this argument. By this token, so is Byakuya's, but Byakuya can't do jack to Byakuya while unreleased and in Shikai.

If Kenpachi can laugh off a Cero from Nnoitra, I think he can do the same with a Kido of reasonable strength from Byakuya, and with his eyepatch off, I think he can beat a Bakudo, although, maybe he can do without.

In my opinion, I would conclude that Kenpachi may be beaten, even withhis eyepatch off, if Byakuya uses Bankai, and after that, perhaps Hakuteiken or Gokei. I doubt Shuukei will do much to Kenpachi, as he can defeat most people, or at least hold his ground, if it's just sword on sword.

I think that Kenpachi will win, but by a hair. Even so, I think that Byakuya is conspiring with Senbonzakura to overturn the Zanpakuto Rebellion; I think that Byakuya has already defeated his Zanpakuto. I mean, the only time we've seen people use Shikai after the Zanpakuto rebelled was when they were possessed by an indomitable will to beat the hell out of their Zanpakuto. So, I think that Byakuya has had that will, and the fight will not actually end in either combatant being beaten.

first of all byakuya's got his zan power back as u you can see he used his shaiki mood ... second zaraki cought byakuya on his shunpo speed so his shunpo wont do much against zaraki or maybe u didnt watch the episode 244 ? maybe u should watch it again
so byakuya's having his skills back you cant say that he dont have his zanpakuto power
second why its not fair ? zaraki have nothing only raw power so tell me why its not fair to fight byakuya ?

Lol anyway, there is no way to compare characters' power levels in bleach, because they really seem to change. For example, in terms of who beat who:

Ichigo's Shikai > Kenpachi > Nnoitra > Ichigo's Bankai

That doesn't make sense at all. Kenpachi has only ever lost a fight to Ichigo, but after his fight with Byakuya Ichigo suddenly can't do anything anymore. He loses just about all his battles and relies on other people to save him and then when he IS winning a fight he never finishes it.

Next up in comparison is Ikkaku and Yumichika. They're like 3rd and 5th seat of the 11th and can fight on par with the same opponents as the Vice Captains. That doesn't quite make sense either.

Nor does Ikkaku in Shikai beating his zanpakuto in Bankai.

Ah let's just face it this show makes little sense in power levels we can't apply logic to who is supposed to be the strongest because that appears to change.

But I can tell this fight is going to be interrupted before it finishes so... lol

This is Kenpachi and Byakuya's fight .....so there is nothing has to be compared with Ichigo.

And....I think that no one of them would win. They both are strong....but it is really difficult to say who is stronger.

even they are fighting...i dont think there would be a winner....

I'm not comparing Byakuya and Kenpachi to Ichigo, I'm comparing the show's silly changing power differences to Ichigo to make a point that trying to put logic to Kenpachi and Byakuya's power levels in this fight is... well... hopeless XD

So ichigo died...got healed..fought grimjow..fought nnorit...Uhm, That bolded statement up there is false.

lol Then in that case he's always in some weakened state or other, because he always seems to get beat. But even so I like how Ichigo had to put his all into killing off Grimmjow, and then Kenpachi comes along and beats Nnoitra, who is stronger than Grimmjow. Admittedly Kenpachi did struggle a bit, but not nearly as much as Ichigo did with Grimmjow. So the thing about Kenpachi being stronger than Ichigo's Bankai still stands in my opinion lol
