I think it's safe to say that nobody has a clue. First of all, VL haven't even appeared in the anime, they have been commented and said that they're strong, but we haven't seen them.
Let's take the Vizards for an example...they have been commented as superhyperincredibly strong, but... Spoiler: click to show So until I see one of them actually appear and fight with all his strenght then we'll talk. Also...we haven't seen  's bankai, so we don't know the full extent of his powers and abilities, and without knowing how the VL fight we can't be sure at all how his bankai could take care of their fighting styles.I know you're all making assumptions, but I just wanted to leave this clear...
