Firstly, it's a stretch to think that Naruto could turn himself into chi chi when every time he's used the technique he just turns into a womon version of himself really. It's not like Naruto is extremely skilled in transformation jutsu and nothing suggests that he is either, with that being his only transformation he's performed.

Secondly, in Dragonball, Goku was faced with Chi Chi during the martial arts tournement and wasn't hesitant at all to fight her. So if he was faced with the prospect of fighting Chi Chi, it's something he wouldn't shy away from really.

Besides, this is built on the unlikely assumption Naruto would even know who Chi Chi is....

Also, if you're going to attempt to take into account their nature and such, you should try and take into account Naruto's nature as well. When faced with a serious opponent, since when has he ever used that jutsu? Not to mention that, despite being a ninja, he hardly relies on deception or trickery and is mostly upfront in fights.

No. Goku has always defeated his opponents by overpowering them. In pretty much every fight he's won, he won because he was stronger or became stronger, with the exception of kid buu but in that case he was using power that exceeded kid buu.

Goku may be an idiot and in the past he's had enemies try to trick him etc but at the end of the day, their petty tricks meant nothing because the fact remained Goku was significantly more powerful and those tricks meant nothing.

As I already mentioned also, Naruto's prankster nature hardly creeps into his fighting , he's more upfron that you think. Naruto will do his best to try and defeat Goku relatively head on, and ultimately fail.

So? There really isn't anything to suggest he'd even need to fight that seriously, let alone need to go all out to beat Naruto, so this means nothing...

Who cares? Just because Goku wouldn't kill him won't prevent him from defeating Naruto. To defeat someone, you don't need to kill them. For Goku to prove his dominance, he doesn't need to kill Naruto. That's Goku's style.

Ok, I'll bite...If Naruto used a trick like and and If Goku fell for it, what next exactly? It may give Naruto an opening but that's it. Goku is superior in both speed and power. Naruto probably doesn't have the speed to take advantage of that opening. For the sake of making a point however, say Goku was still fooled by Naruto's ploy and Naruto was able to land an attack, what next then? Goku is still so much more powerful than him, rasenshuriken wouldn't probably do that much. It doesn't matter if Naruto could trick him, if Naruto doesn't have the power or speed to do anything about it, tricking him means absolutely nothing...

Well first of all goku might be a bit dumb considering he hasnt seen many things about how the world works in his every day life but he's a proven genius on the battlefield...naruto cant pull off beating a goku...ever
